Ghosts

So...I'll start this off by saying that I am usually very very cynical when it comes to ghosts and all that stuff. But I have a problem (I think) and figured at the very least that it would make for some good conversation. For the past few weeks or so I've woken up roughly around the same time in the middle of the night, feeling oddly paranoid, cold, sweaty, and attent to a corner of my room. It really feels as though I'm not alone and it....well, scares me. It's gotten so bad that as I type this now, I haven't slept for more then an hour, and that was during a car ride. And it would seem as if I'm not gonna sleep again tonight. Suggestions, Comments, Concerns (besides the obvious one)?

Well I've lived in a house that was actually haunted. Several people in my neighborhood and school wouldn't come over because of the old lady that used to live there. I've seen her.........Multiple times. She is extremely creepy but now I live up the street (yeah thats an improvement right XD) Anyway that doesn't seem too off.... *thinks hard*

Have you ever seen anything?

heck yes! i dont want to say what but lets just say i still dream about it! *shutters*

After consulting a friend of mine who knows a lot more about the subject then I do (which isn't saying much), I think I'm pretty safe, so long as I don't royally screw up and piss it off
