REALLY EASY:

Salesman: This is a beautiful Purple house, Everything in its purple. The curtains the windows and even the lovely car in the garage is a lovely shade of purple. Really you can't find a more beautiful one story house.

We're having a special deal too, If you can answer my question the house is yours, FREE!

What color are the stairs?

Next riddle:

After a night at a party a man comes home to his tall skinny house. He heads into the kitchen grabs a glass of water and heads up to bed. He falls asleep but some time during the night the man wakes up goes to the bathroom and turns the light off before heading back to bed. He wakes up the next morning and walks downstairs. When he opens his window he sees nothing but death and kills himself. What did he see?

How did you put that together so quickly?

I tried connecting little details.

Tall skinny house + light = light house.

Light house + turning off light = dead sailors.

Hmmm..... It took me 3 days for that one *Curses self*
